Moderna is the leader in mRNA Therapeutics, with pipelines which spanning fields to include rare disease, Oncology, ‘BioDefense’, chronic and infectious disease. Their impressive network of partners and research institutions (including Institut Pasteur) has granted them a strong foothold in the industry, which earlier this year raked in the highest VC investment rounds into a single Biotech ever.
Personal comment: It was also a great reminder of all my Boston memories and why it’s so much of a great city for Biotech.
